Possessing an almost Milton Avery-esque quality, this latest series of cycling art comes from the Tokyo born artist, Taku Bannai.
According to Bannai, his style uses human, natural or urban subjects, combined with soft and organic expressions.
His recent works include designing of the cover pages of a monthly magazine, Pen, and creating illustrations for the magazine SKYWARD, as wells JAL’s monthly inflight magazine.
He’s also designed advertisements for Japan Post Bank Co., Ltd., FUJIFILM and others, to include illustrations for various books, magazines, and theaters.
