Throughout his photographic career, Jorge Cárdenas has demonstrated an aptitude for describing specific environments, situations and moods through his images.
Here, Cárdenas shows his skill at capturing the mundane and transforming it into a dynamic expression of human-powered movement with a collection of black and white photos titled Cycling Manhattan Bridge.
The images depict what would otherwise be daily cycling traffic across Manhattan Bridge, and transforms it into a two-wheel collage over the iconic steel expanse.
