DMT Launches New Entry Level D6 Road Shoe

DMT has launched a new entry level road shoe called the D6, however, there doesn’t appear to be anything entry level about it.

Indeed, the D6 comprises many of the same features as DMT’s upper range such as a reinforced heel cup, hi-tech microfiber upper, a polypropylene sock-liner and a soft foam liner along the tongue.

Costs are kept down by using a combination nylon, thermoplastic polyurethane and carbon fiber reinforced sole instead of a full-on carbon fiber version, without sacrificing much in the way of stiffness, along with a velcro strap closure system that forgoes the expense of a fancy BOA dial system, which features a unique 2-in-1 design for the upper strap.

Weight for the D6 comes in at a very respectable 265g, with adult sizes ranging from 37 to 46 and 33 to 37 for junior riders.
