The Monte Zoncolan is widely considered as being one of the toughest, if not the, ascents in all of the Grand Tours.
Here, 2012 Giro d’Italia winner Ryder Hesjedal tackles the epic climb after getting back from this month’s Giro d’Italia Big Start in Israel, making it only the second time the maglia rosa winner faced the steep slopes since triumphing in the Fight for Pink.
