Tinkoff-Saxo’s Team Chef Shows How to Make You Energy Bars

Here’s the recipe for Tinkoff-Saxo’s chef, Hannah Grant’s, ‘Jette’ Bars. These are a baked muesli bar – simple to make, and most, if not all, of the ingredients will be available at your local store.

You will need:
450g muesli mix
100g cane sugar
200g honey
150g nuts
Chia seeds for consistency
Baking paper

Preheat oven to 130ºC, mix the ingredients (more instructions in the video), keep an eye on the bars while cooking – you don’t want these to burn. Cook for around 45 minutes.
