Mollema won in Lillehammer
Bauke Mollema won Saturday’s stage in the Tour of Norway.
He attacked in Reistadbakken on the last round.
Over the top he formed a front group with Odd Christian Eiking, Ruben Fernandez and Jesper Hansen.
At the end Mollema was the strongest and won the stage. Hansen finished second, three seconds behind Mollema .
– It’s great. I’m really happy, says Mollema to Norwegian TV2 after the finish line.
– It was really hard today. The team did a great job. I knew I had to wait until the end of the last hill to attack. I went full, and we had four riders working well together. It was a nice ride and it’s great to win today.
Lars Petter Nordhaug finished third, six seconds behind Mollema.
Marc de Maar also sat in the group and remains as the overall leader.
