The updated app, now allows users to access TrainerRoad’s 800 workouts and 40 training plans, via Bluetooth and ANT+ – to their iPhone, iPad or Mac based computer.
In addition, TrainerRoad also syncs with the Wahoo Kickr trainer, as well as other workout platforms such as Sufferfest, Epic Rides, CycloCore, Real Rides, Ride Fit, Endurance Films, Cyclefilm, Spinervals, 3LC and TrailTrainer.
If that’s not enough, users can create their own workouts as well.
With the throes of winter right around the corner, that’s a lot of options for us New Englanders !
