4iiii is debuting its latest piece of tech that integrates Apple’s Find My technology directly into its PRECISION+ platform, leveraging Apple’s network of over 1.5 billion users, and allowing cyclists to track their power meters using their Apple devices.
“Our PRECISION+ technology offers real-time “Terrain Auto-Optimizing”, offering optimal performance and accuracy across various riding surfaces. This is done by using an accelerometer on smooth steady state cruising and automatically switching to a gyroscope on rough terrain, gravel or for high RPM sprints,” explains 4iiii.
In addition to integrating PRECISION+ with Apple’s Find My Tech, 4iiii has unveiled its “Ride” companion watch app, designed to offer cyclists another way to track and analyze their performance.
The watch app offers Bluetooth connectivity, enabling integration with fitness sensors (non-drive side and dual power meters, and heart rate monitor such as 4iiii’s own Viiiiva) with most manufacturers, allowing cyclists to now access workout views, live heart rate, power, speed, cadence and distance directly on their watch. Moreover, the app uploads comprehensive ride statistics, including GPS routes, in .FIT and Apple Fitness files. It is natively configured as part of the Apple Health Kit, allowing riders to track their activity, calories, and other activity metrics.
The app also supports auto sync to Strava, enabling automatic workout sharing and enhancing the social aspect of cycling. The company adds that, with the 4iiii Ride App, there is no need for a conventional head unit; cyclists can rely on their watch to capture key information, whether they are on the road, gravel, or in the mountains.

The PRECISION 3+ Powermeter, featuring Apple Find My, is now available for purchase as Ride Ready on Shimano cranks or on existing cranks as part of 4iiii’s Factory Install program, while factory-installed versions of the PRECISION 3+ PRO Powermeter will soon be available for Ultegra and Dura Ace cranks. The Ride companion watch app is currently available for free download in the App Store and available through the 4iiii app.
