Argon18 enters the "aero" bike segment with it’s first ever model called – the Nitrogen.
While the details are still forthcoming, it’s clear that the Canadian brand, has taken inspiration from both their existing time trial frames, as well as many of the conspicuous "aero" bike cues currently dotting the market.
Indeed, at first glance, one can easily discern the Nitrogen’s distinctive tube profiles, as well as the aero shaped down tube, top tube, seat tube and seatpost. Moreover, the compact rear triangle features dramatically shaped seatstays at the junction of seat tube.
In addition, TRP mini V-brakes tucked in behind the fork and rear seatstay, as well as internal cable routing and Argon18’s propriety 3D headset, all punctuate the new Nitrogen.
Pricing and availability are yet to be announced, but you can bet your kitchen cabinets that the Bora-Argon18 team will be racing on the the Nitrogen for 2015.
