Canyon is honoring long-time, sponsored triathlete Jan Frodeno with a limited edition version of its Speedmax CFR dubbed the Moonshot.
Frodeno has decided to bring the curtains down on his career after the Triathlon World Championship in Nice, France this weekend, with the hopes of earning himself a 4th Ironman World Championship title before his retirement.

Working alongside Frodeno since 2015, the German triathlete has played an integral role in the development of each iteration Speedmax, culminating into this most recent limited edition specimen, which is based on Canyon’s current Speedmax CFR, albeit with a special paint scheme that signifies Frodeno’s desire to “rocket on his bike”!
So, it’s not surprising that the bike is bespeckled with images of planet earth and a spaceship that’s rocketing toward circular gold motifs that represent his championship titles.
