Canyon has lifted the curtains on its new Inflite cyclocross bike, featuring the same design that took Mathieu van der Poel to victory at the 2023 Cyclocross World Championships.
The new CX’r is treated to a redesigned fork and Canyon’s CP0018 adjustable aero cockpit, allowing riders to fine tune their fit with up to 40mm of width adjustment and 15mm of height adjustment without the need to cut or swap out any components.
“The CP0018 Aerocockpit is designed to meet the demands of the rider’s next race – wider for more leverage on tight courses, narrower for aero gains, while setups can be made fast and simple,” boasts the German brand.
Canyon has also upped the build options for the new Inflite, with both the CFR Di2 Team and CFR Team Limited bikes coming equipped with CeramicSpeed bottom brackets, which Canyon claims will provide “hard-wearing, fast-spinning performance that lasts”.
The second-tier CF SLX Inflite range gets a similar treatment when it comes to spec choices with both models on offer coming with Quarq or Rotor power meters as standard, as well as deep-section DT Swiss CRC 1400 carbon wheels.
Offered in five guises, here’s how the Inflite models breakdown:
