Canyon has updated the carbon variant of its Grail gravel bike for 2020, adding bold new colors and a range of component options including the German brand’s far-flung double-decker handlebar called the Hoverbar.
The models offered are the range-topping Grail CF SLX 8.0, which comes equipped with a SRAM Force eTap groupset and DT Swiss GRC1400 Spline db wheels shod with 40mm Schwalbe G-One Bite tires, followed by the CF SLX 8.0 Di2 that features a full Shimano GRX800 Di2 groupset with a 48-31t crankset and 11-34t cassette, along with a Reynolds ATR SH11 wheelset for £4,299.
For those not seeking a carbon fiber frame to save money and prefer a standard handlebar, the Grail is offered in the AL 6.0 and AL 7.0 with 1x or 2x gearing options that start at £1,099.
The Grail CF SLX models are available in a new Forest Orange and Discovery Blue paint scheme that are sure to turn heads.
