A recent perusal of the UCI’s approved equipment list, revealed a reference to Cervelo’s long rumored R7 road frameset.
While there’s been no official word from Cervelo announcing plans to launch the new frameset, few would argue, that approval by the UCI typically marks its imminent arrival.
It’s anyone’s guess where the R7 will fall in Cervelo’s range of bikes, but it’s a likely bet that it will be sandwiched between the brand’s R5 and mega-expensive RCa models.
Time will tell.
