Factor has teamed up with famed automaker Bugatti to create a special edition version of its Factor One road bike, aptly calling it the Bugatti Factor One.
“Born from a shared philosophy of obsessive attention to detail and performance without limits, the Bugatti Factor ONE represents a new benchmark in pioneering bicycle design. The front fork has been meticulously engineered to deliver measurable aerodynamic gains, reducing drag through refined shaping and optimised airflow management around the leading edge of the bike. This design not only enhances high-speed efficiency but also improves front-end stability, ensuring precise handling under race conditions. With the release of the Factor ONE, the world’s fastest UCI-legal bike, it became clear how much innovation was possible within the confines of the UCI rulebook. The Bugatti Factor ONE eschews the rulebook, resulting in a frame with a wider fork stance and lower drag numbers,” boasts the British brand.
The Factor One first broke cover at last years’s Critérium du Dauphiné, which featured a radical, bayonet style fork and narrow fuselage that caught the attention of the cycling world.
However, as extreme as the front end design was, the special edition Bugatti adds an even wider fork profile, while also adding “aero wings” around the thru axles to further increase the bike’s aerodynamic signature.
Additional aerodynamic gains come by way of Factor’s Black Inc Hyper 62 wheels, featuring an advanced carbon layup that was developed to maximize torsional stiffness and power transfer under load, while maintaining controlled compliance for optimal ride quality.

Incredibly light at 1298 grams a pair, the advanced carbon layup has been tuned to maximise torsional stiffness and power transfer under load, while maintaining controlled compliance for refined ride quality. The groundbreaking co-moulded rim to rim carbon spokes ensure fibre continuity, both decreasing mass while opening a new world of aerodynamic opportunities. Precision-engineered hub internals further enhance rolling efficiency, ensuring minimal energy loss at speed,” says Factor.
Additionally, the Bugatti Factor One has been treated to an array of bespoke components such as carbon chainrings, carbon/titanium rotors, a special edition Selle Italia saddle and Continental GP5000 TT TR tires.
However, the Bugatti Factor One wouldn’t be complete unless the styling quotient was really dialed in, relying on Bugatti’s iconic blue livery and logos to make things pop.

Limited to just 250 bikes, the Bugatti Factor One fetches a princely sum of $23,599.
