Giorgia Bronzini (Wiggle-Honda) won stage 2 of this year’s La Route de France Féminine in Bourges today.
The Italian rider beat race leader Amy Pieters (Liv-Plantur) and Kimberly Wells (Australia) in a sprint victory to seize the win.
Pieters, who won the opening prologue in Enghien les Bains on Sunday, continues to lead the overall race, as riders face 113 kilometer stage from Nievre to Avallon tomorrow.
