LOOK Lights Up Your Pedal Stroke with New KEO 2 Max Vision

LOOK has decided to light up your pedal stroke with the launch of its latest KEO 2 Max Vision, which feature integrated lights that can be seen as far away as 1 kilometer, a little over half a mile for us yanks.

Weighing in at a scant 20 grams each, the lights are easily removable and rechargeable using a USB-C cable, providing four light modes: Steady, Pulse, Day Flash and Night Flash.

According to LOOK, steady mode has a constant 3 lumen output and a 5 hour battery life, while the Night Steady mode doubles this battery life to 10 hours with a 2 lumen output.

In Day Flash, the lights have a 10 hour battery life and put out a massive 60 lumen flash. However, in Night Flash, the output is limited to 10 lumen in order to maximize the battery life, which is extend to an impressive 39 hours There’s also a stop and start mode that extends the battery life by stopping and restarting light flash when motion pauses and resumes.

Additionally, the KEO 2 Max Vision has a water resistance of IPX7, giving the pedals even more appeal for daily commuters, gravel cyclists and bikepackers alike. 

The pedals are available in two guises, the standard KEO 2 Max Vision that sells for $175.00, and the KEO Blade Ceramic Vision that add a carbon body, ceramic bearings and a larger 705mm² contact surface for $325.00.

Also, LOOK offers an upgrade kit that allows owners of the KEO Blade V4 to add lights to their pedals for $79.00.
