MET Shows Off Limited Edition Pogačar Trenta 3K Carbon and Manta Helmets

MET is showing off its latest Tadej Pogačar inspired Manta and Trenta 3K Carbon helmets, providing consummate poseurs a limited edition lid they can don during their spirited weekend attacks.

“This is what you train for. When effort flows cleanly, movements become instinctive and the bike feels like an extension of the body. It’s the state of superfluidity that you work towards through training, discipline and time, but one that’s rarely easy to explain and even harder to achieve. Tadej Pogačar embodies this state better than anyone right now. Absolute mastery, delivered with an ease that makes the extraordinary look natural. So when approaching the all-new Tadej Pogačar special edition Trenta 3K Carbon and Manta, our intention was to create something that reflects this heightened sense of flow – let’s call it superfluidity,” says the Italian brand.

The two MIPS equipped helmets feature an iridescent finish, which MET describes as “ethereal as the rider who inspired it” and “leaning into the idea of the ultimate flow – the dream state where effort fades yet speed increases.”

The Manta is all about aero gains, featuring a mostly enclosed outer shell with an integrated carbon wing that’s design to promote what METS says is a “continuous internal air channel”, while the Venta 3K Carbon is aimed at striking a balance between aerodynamics and ventilation, comprising no fewer than 15 vents along the outer shell.

Available in three sizes, the limited edition Manta and Trenta 3k Carbon helmets sell for 280€ and 440€, respectively.
