PrestaCycle has filled the void of cassette options from Campagnolo, offering adherents to the Italian brand with a new one-piece 11-25, 12- cassette in durable chromoly.
According to PrrestaCycle, its UniBlock cassettes is machined from a solid block of cold-forged chromoly that’s heat-treated, tumble-finished and electroplated for added durability and low-friction operation, giving it a longer life than standard steel cassettes.
Additionally, thanks to its single block design, Prestacycle was also able to shed unnecessary material and eliminate spacers, making the cassettes lighter than aluminum, as well as being easier to install and clean.
The Uni-block cassette sells for $249.95.
