Quoc is debuting its latest road shoe dubbed the M3 Air, touting it as their “lightest, fastest and most comfortable” model to date.
How so?
According to the British brand, the M3 Air drives home said accolades by building upon the success of its previous Mono I and Mono II road shoes, streamlining materials, while also focusing on fit and support thanks to feedback from pro riders such as Geraint Thomas.
The most conspicuous change, is the M3 Air’s new asymmetric design, which forgoes a conventional tongue in favor of a new 2-piece, scratch-resistant, synthetic TPU upper, along with larger cutouts, copious perforations and a mesh underlayer for maximum ventilation.
Elsewhere, the M3 Air is treated to a new form-fitting footbed, Quoc’s proprietary retention dials and fixed rubber toe and heel tread blocks, along with more airflow courtesy of a vented toe section.
All in, Quoc says the new kicks tip the scales at 232g per shoe in size 42, a 17-gram savings over the Mono II.
Offered in white only, the M3 Air is available in sizes ranging from 38-47, which sells for a hefty $430.
