Rapha has expanded its popular Core Collection to include a new lightweight jersey, touting improved breathability for hot weather riding conditions.
“Our Core Jersey is the trusted choice of cyclists around the world for any kind of riding. But for the hottest days, we’ve created a lighter, brighter cousin: the Core Lightweight Jersey. With the fit and features of the original, we’ve introduced two ultralight fabrics to bring Core comfort and performance to sweltering rides in hot and humid conditions,” says Rapha.
According to Rapha, the Core Lightweight Jersey features the same fit as the British brand’s Core Jersey, but comprises a lighter fabric for the front of the jersey and sleeves for improved ventilation, while the back utilizes a slightly denser fabric and UPF40 sun protection.
The jersey is also highlighted by three gusseted rear pockets, a full-length zipper, a rear silicone gripper hem, subtle logos and the classic Rapha armband.
The new Core Lightweight Jersey is available in both a men’s and a women’s version in three colors (Light Blue, Black and Navy) for $80.00.
