Rapha has launched a new cyclocross collection, which smacks of a twist of “old barber shop” meets “old navy”.
The ever poplar British cycling apparel brand, has overhauled its cyclocross range for this season, giving it a new sense of color, which Rapha is calling “medieval blue and fig.
We still think it has a nautical flair to it. 😉
In any case, the new range consists of a men’s and women’s “Cross Aerosuit” for racing, along with a tradition jersey.
The Cross Long Sleeve Aerosuit is based of Rapha’s existing Aerosuit, which was first developed for Team Sky, but now features long sleeves minus the three rear pockets- in favor of a single bottle pocket.
The Cross Long Sleeve Pro Team Jersey is based on the brand’s regular men’s Pro Team and women’s Souplesse jersey, which retain their three rear pockets, along with a zippered pocket for valuables, while the shoulders have been reinforced with high-wicking midweight breathable fabric.
Of course, no cycling ensemble would be complete without matching socks.
