Santini has unveiled its latest Summer 2025 collection dubbed the Unico and RTR – Ready To Ride, spanning jerseys, bib shorts, a jacket, and a vest that feature second-skin, abrasion-resistant thermo-sealed construction in a wide range of vibrant colors, as well as Polartec Power Shield RPM material that offers optimal waterproofing and breathability.

Additionally, Santini introduces an innovative dyeing process that’s widely used in the fashion industry, allowing garments to be dyed after assembly, ensuring greater production flexibility, waste reduction, and faster response to market trends. The garments are initially produced in white and then dyed in the selected color, with each piece being designed with a mono-material construction, minimizing the use of different components to facilitate recycling at the end of the product’s life cycle.
The collection comprises a unisex jersey that’s available in eight colors, designed to be paired with six men’s bib shorts options and four women’s variations.
For overcast days or unexpected rain showers, the Magic jacket and vest are the perfect allies. Made with Polartec Power Shield RPM, an innovative two-layer fabric crafted from recycled polyester and featuring a non-PFAS durable water-repellent treatment, they provide outstanding waterproofing with a 10,000 mm water column, while the Power Shield RPM fabric also offers exceptional breathability (30,000 g/m²/24h), which are easily packable into the zippered side pocket.
