Silca is targeting gravel cyclists and bikepackers alike with the launch of its new Grinta bike bags, offering both a handlebar mounted and a roll-top seat model that feature a fully welded construction, CYCLEPET fabric that’s made from 100% recycled PET bottles and a BOA attachment set-up for a secure and adjustable fit, while handlebar bag is treated to a weather-resistant zipper.
Weighing at just 208 grams, the Grinta Roll Top Bag is a minimalist design that offers 2-5L of storage, which relies on a BOA closure system that easy attaches to the rails of the saddle and seatpost, as well as a bleed valve to purge excess air while packing. Moreover, the bag has an internal frame to help hold its shape.
Specs:
The Grinta Handlebar Bag has a small cylinder shaped design that attaches via Silca’s TPU-coated straps, along with foam spacers to leave room for the rider’s hands and other cockpit mounted accessories. In addition, the bag is fitted with a YKK AquaGuard zipper on the front to ensure things stay dry.
The Grinta Roll Top Bag and Grinta Handlebar Bag sell for $160 and $95, respectively, which can be purchased at Silca.cc.
