Better weather conditions had little effect on the outcome of round 2 of the 2013 North Carolina Grand Prix Cyclocross men’s event, as Jeremy Powers once again rode to victory ahead of teammate Zach McDonald and Troy Wells.
However, Sunny Gilbert took the win over Beth Ann Orton and Erica Zaveta in the women’s event, while round 1 winner, Jessica Cutler, was only able to place fourth in yesterday’s race.
