While some pro teams are bedecked in all manner of matching team kits, bikes and vehicles, Astana has taken things even further, with a matching team mascot. In this case, a blue and gold macaw named Frankie.
Here, Astana’s Michele Scarponi is joined by Frankie on a training ride around the rides home town of Filottrano in Italy’s Marche region.
