Basso has unveiled an updated version of its popular PALTA gravel bike with a new double-chainring variant aptly called the PALTA 2.0.
“Basso is proud to present the evolution of our successful gravel bike, the PALTA 2.0, made with the same artisanal quality, but with a double-chainring that guarantees even more versatility,” says the storied Italian brand.
Everything that makes the standard PALTA great, carries over to the new PALTA 2.0, including to same meticulous approach to frame construction, geometry and shape that uses only the highest modulus Torayca carbon fiber, along with enough clearance to accommodate tires up to a massive 42mm, allowing gravel grinders, bikepackers and adventure cyclists alike to tackle even the most grueling terrain with even more aplomb.
