Cinelli has revamped its popular Zydeco gravel bike for 2021, expanding its duties to include bikepacking thanks to “fast fuel eyelets” that have been added to the top tube, allowing riders to add more storage accessories, as well as a slightly longer wheelbase for improved balance and the use of fenders.
Additionally, the Zydeco also gets internal cable-routing, a Shimano GRX groupset with hydraulic disc brakes and the brand’s Shadow RD+ chain stabilization system, along with Columbus’ Futura Gravel monocoque fork, giving adventure cyclists everything they need in order to tackle the road less traveled.
For the style-conscious, the Zydeco also receives a new paint scheme, along with a matching San Marco ERA saddle that the Italian brand calls “Chasing After Rainbows”.
The revamped Zydeco sells for $2,149.00, which is available in five sizes ranging from extra-small to extra-large.
