Dangerholm’s Latest Far-Flung Bike Obscures the Lines Between Gravel and MTB

Dangerholm’s latest far-flung creation obscures the lines between gravel and MTB biking, transforming a Scott Scale RC gravel frameset into a Frankenbike that features aero additions are were similarly taken from Scott’s FOIL RC road bike to create a radical seat tube cluster, while more custom fabrication was done to the drive-side chainstay in order to fit a larger chainring, as well as as a proprietary headset wedge cover and spacers for integration.

From there, Dangerholm culled together a host of boutique bits-and-bobs to bolster the SRAM Red XPLR AXS groupset with CeramicSpeed OSPW X Alpha pulleys such as Carbon-Ti X-Rotor Aero rotors, Darimo’s Nexum Drag gravel cockpit, WERT Cycling’s StW-M titanium crankset and a Syncro CFT seatpost mated to a Berk Lupina monocoque saddle, while things spin on a set of wild Faction Studio carbon wheels – complete with Extralite HyperSmart 3 hubs with Alpina Hyperlite spokes.

What is the cost and availability?

Like most of Dangerholm’s bikes, filed it under unobtainium
