ENVE has launched its latest one-piece construction Mountain Fork, complete with Boost 15×110 axle spacing and new accessories mounts, as well as longer axle-to-crown spacing that can now accommodate 29″ x 3″ tires. In addition, the new fork also features a post mount for the brake, allowing for rotors up to 180mm.
“The ENVE Mountain Fork is the trusted fork for those who have decided to forgo suspension in favor of a lightweight, rigid-mountain-bike setup. With over a decade’s worth of carbon expertise baked-in, the Mountain Fork gains boost-axle compatibility, updated geometry for modern hardtail frames, and mounts for all your accessories. Like its predecessor, the updated ENVE Mountain Fork features reversible drop-out flip-chips to tune the handling characteristics of your bike to your liking, while an integrated-but-removable fender helps keep mud and water off your face,” says ENVE.
“Occasionally, we relish the opportunity to take mountain biking back to the basics with a fully-rigid bike. Nothing makes riding more focused than picking lines without front suspension. Riding rigid isn’t for everyone, but for those who value functional simplicity, the updated ENVE Mountain Fork delivers. With suspension correction lengthened to 120mm and boost axle compatibility, our tried and true rigid mountain bike fork continues to set the benchmark for unsuspended performance,” adds ENVE.
The new Mountain Fork also gets an integrated fender that’s easily removable, along with six accessory mounts for bottle cages and racks, setting the course for bikepacking duties
Additionally, the Mountain Fork also features “flip-chip” dropouts, allowing the rider to fine-tune fork rake from 44mm to 51mm.
However, in order to compensate for the difference in brake rotor position, ENVE requires special brake spacers.
The new ENVE Mountain Fork sells for $625.00, which is available now.
