Since its first edition in 2018, the Italian Bike Festival in Rimini has become one of the fastest growing events in the bicycle industry, targeting an increasing number of visitors from across the world.
To capitalize on its continued growth, the festival has relocated to the famous Misano World Circuit for 2022, while also expanding its attractions to include conferences, a granfondo and cycling tours for this year’s event.
At the previous edition, the Italian Bike Festival hosted some 400 brands, giving consumers and vendors alike access to their latest products and innovations. To further expand the festival’s reach, organizers have partnered with APT Servizi Emilia-Romagna and Visit Romagna in order to accommodate the growing number of international attendees.
Additionally, this year’s festival will include the Gialla Cycling racing program, which will coincide with the three-day show on September 9 to 11.
This year’s Italian Bike Festival will also be spread across a larger area, encompassing 80,000 square meters that will include additional conference, leisure and food areas.
The Off Road Arena has also been increased to 30,000 square meters, which will be entirely dedicated to MTB, eMTB, cyclocross and gravel test areas, including a 2 kilometer test track with artificial and natural obstacles such as parabolic curves, bumps, rock gardens, boulders, logs, walkways and technical passages on sand and gravel, while Misano World Circuit itself will be available to test ride road and leisure bikes.
