Elisa Longo-Borghini claimed stage 3 of this year’s La Route de France Féminine today, making it two wins in a row for Wiggle-Honda.
Today’s victory not only netted Longo-Borghini the stage victory, but also moved her up into the overall race lead.
Meanwhile, Eugenia Bujak (BTC City Lublljana) finished second in today’s stage, followed by Brianna Walle (Optum Pro Cycling) in third.
Yesterday’s stage winner, and fellow Wiggle-Honda teammate, Giorgia Bronzini, crashed during the final five kilometers of today’s race.
