Posedla has introduced its new Joyseat range of saddles, comprising the Joyseat Plus, Joyseat Pro and Joyseat Ultra, which feature innovative custom-fit 3D technology, as well as a number of new material options and price points.
All three models utilize the same Multi-Jet Fusion 3D printing technology combined with Posedla’s proprietary 3S algorithm that adjusts saddle size, shape and stiffness to create bespoke saddles based on your unique biometric data and riding style. Moreover, the Czech brand remains the only brand in the world to offer full, at-home anatomical customization of 3D printed saddles – not padding tweaks or size presets based on existing models, but fully bespoke saddles unique to every rider.
Data is collected at home at your convenience using the Smiling Butt Kit, Posedla’s innovative sit bone impression kit. Your saddle is then fine-tuned according to several parameters, including your chosen discipline, the amount you ride, your flexibility, gender and more.
The result is a custom saddle that ranges in size from 130-170mm in 1mm increments and a bespoke shape and stiffness perfectly matched to your anatomy, riding style and discipline, with options for Road, Gravel, MTB and TT available.

Joyseat Plus
The Joyseat Plus brings Posedla’s high-performance saddle technology to the masses. A more accessible price point, higher rider weight limit (120kg), and industry-standard fittings mean the Joyseat experience is available to more people and more bikes than ever before.
The reduced price, enhanced durability and increased compatibility are made possible by using a polymer shell and stainless steel rails. The glass fiber reinforced plastic shell has been specifically chosen for its toughness and mechanical strength, while the 7x7mm round stainless steel rails ensure compatibility with all common seat clamps. The 3D printed thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) padding is the same high-quality technology as found throughout the Posedla range.
The Joyseat Plus is available for $349, and like all models in the Posedla range includes the Smiling Butt Kit and full customer support throughout the fitting process, with weight starting at 220 grams.
Joyseat Pro
The Joyseat Pro takes the mantle from the previous Joyseat 2.0 model as Posedla’s flagship premium carbon fiber saddle. Built with a twill carbon shell and unidirectional (UD) carbon rails, it delivers lightweight performance with a tailored fit.
Since the introduction of the Joyseat Pro’s predecessor, Posedla has been constantly refining every element of the saddle’s design using a combination of testing, research and customer feedback. With ergonomic improvements, including a more anatomically contoured shape as well as a narrower nose to improve thigh clearance and overall support. The structure of the saddle has also been enhanced, with a refined lattice density on the padding and improved carbon base, increasing both durability and responsiveness.
These improvements are now found throughout the Posedla range, but the Joyseat Pro remains the optimum choice for the majority of riders who desire a lightweight, high-performance carbon saddle perfectly matched to their anatomy and riding style.
The Joyseat Pro weighs from 165g and is available for $489.
Joyseat Ultra
Posedla’s most technologically advanced saddle to date, the Joyseat Ultra takes advantage of the brand’s research into carbon fibre layup technology to offer a saddle that is engineered for optimum strength and stiffness in the most demanding conditions.
Constructed using a reinforced UD carbon fiber shell and rails, the Joyseat Ultra offers the greatest stiffness and durability in the Joyseat range, with no increase in weight, coming in at just 155g.
The Joyseat Ultra is the saddle of choice for the Classified x Rose Gravel Racing Team, who are currently putting the saddle through its paces in some of the world’s toughest gravel races. Look out for the team and their team edition purple saddles at The Traka, where Toby Perry will be hoping to continue his strong run of form, having recently won at “The Hills Gravel Earth Series” event in Italy.
The Joyseat Ultra is available for $549.
