Vittoria Goes Wider with Corsa Pro Control Range of Tires

Vittoria has widened its range of Corsa Pro Control tires, further blurring the lines between road and gravel by offering 38mm and 42mm widths.

“Racing in rain, wind, and the kind of variable conditions where you pin your number on a gilet instead of a jersey? Rolling over sections of French pavé or chalky limestone gravel? Confronting rough chip seal or wet conditions – or a combination of both – that warrant letting a little air out of the tires on the start line? Those are the days the world’s strongest WorldTour pros choose the Corsa PRO Control. True to its name, the Control updates the Corsa PRO with additional grip for rain-slicked tarmac, groomed gravel stretches, and treacherous cobblestones alike. The supple construction reduces rolling resistance, and increased puncture protection resists the occasional sharp gravel or cobble peak. Proven on the most grueling stones of Roubaix. Engineered for anything else the world can throw at it,” says the storied Italian brand.

Like all of the tires in the Corsa Pro Control line-up, the new variants feature Vittoria’s Graphene/Silica compound, Bead Shield technology, Anti-Puncture Belt and cotton core-spun 320TPI casing.

“The Race Formulation powered by Graphene + Silica is a reinforced compound mix tailored for technical racing and harsh conditions. It features elevated puncture resistance and boosted side grip, enhancing control on unpredictable or wet surfaces, while the lightweight cotton and durable aramid spun 320 TPI casing offers a supple road feel with puncture resistance,” boasts Vittoria.

The Corso Pro Control is available in black with a para colored sidewall for $118.99.
