His bicycle rig also serves as a moving advertisement for his business, Massage Refresh.
And word is catching on. After less than a year in business, he sees upwards of 20 clients a week.
The father of three was a corporate tax software developer until he was laid off in 2009. He said the layoff gave him breathing room to pursue his dream of being a massage therapist.
After training at the Swedish Institute, Yates began work at the Physio Fitness, located in SoHo, and launched his own business last year.
