Cycling Jersey to Help Ebola Cause

To aid in the fight against Ebola, Pactimo cycling apparel has created a new jersey to further help in the cause.

Pactimo has pledged to donate $30 from the sale of each jersey to Medecins sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) and HOPE worldwide.

Each Ascent jersey features a custom Fight Ebola design and is available in men’s or women’s sizes – for the reasonable price of $70.

From Pactimo:

Even though news about Ebola is decreasing in the U.S., the outbreak and its affects are being felt by the people of West Africa. The death toll continues to rise. While we are seeing a slowing of the outbreak in Liberia and Guinea, the outbreak continues to grow rapidly in Sierra Leone. Thus far, approximately 6,000 deaths have been reported. This is no longer only a medical crisis, but an economic one for these nations so heavily affected.

While providing high-quality athletic apparel is our overall mission at Pactimo, what we value most is people – our customers, our staff, and those who share this global village we call Earth. From day one, we have made impacting our society a core part of who we are as a company. We believe we can make a difference.

In response to this growing crisis, Pactimo is launching the Fight Ebola jersey. From the sale of each jersey, Pactimo will donate $30 to support the work of international organizations Medecins sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) and HOPE worldwide in the fight against Ebola. We chose both of these organizations because they are on the front lines of this battle against Ebola.

The beautiful design of the jersey reflects the vibrancy of West African culture and was created in collaboration with locals in the region. Part of our Ascent Collection (race fit, Quattrolite fabric, Zero-weight mesh side panels, rear reflective trim, full length zip), it is available in men’s and women’s specific designs.
