Bianchi is showing off the latest series of paint schemes for its Oltre range of bikes under the banner “Shades of Speed”, featuring no fewer than eight new colorways that span the RC, Pro, Comp and Race models.
Previewed last August, the new Oltre RC colorway reinterprets the iconic Bianchi Celeste in two contemporary and distinct versions, the original Celeste with a refined metallic finish, along with Black Carbon UD, which features exposed carbon fiber with metallic Celeste details to offer a unique look and a weight savings of approximately 60 grams (+/- 5%).
For the Oltre PRO, the bike is treated to a blend of metallic Celeste and graphite matte colors to emphasize its aerodynamic lines, while the iridescent pearl carbon version not only provides a 60-gram weight advantage (+/-5%) compared to painted frames but also reveals the bike’s complex layers of carbon.
In the case of the Oltre Comp, Bianchi decided to pair the brilliance of metallic Celeste with elegant black details in a glossy finish to “accentuate the contrast between iconic and futuristic elements”.
Alternatively, a Blue-Gray/Off-White colorway features a bold, signature blue that’s highlighted by a matte white logo that represents “a different and sophisticated approach to Bianchi aesthetics”.
Lastly, the Oltre Race offers a combination of classic and metallic versions, resulting in a striking palette that emphasizes the bike’s “aerodynamic lines thanks to glossy finishes”, while Bianchi also offers an elegant combination of gray with black accents to create a “dynamic and technical look inspired by the Oltre family’s racing DNA”.
