Colnago is paying tribute to its most celebrated rider of the day, Tadej Pogačar, with a limited edition version of its V4Rs road bike, which the Slovenian champion will ride during the World Championships in Zurich on September 29.
Taking the standard issue V4Rs that Pogačar and his UAE Team Emirates teammates ride, the limited edition bike is treated to a special livery that Colnago says was inspired by the Pop-Art movement that took place during the mid-50s in the USA and UK., with colors being a tribute to Pogačar’s palmarès:
Additionally, the bike is further embellished with a TP (Tadej Pogačar) logo on the frame, most notably on the horizontal tube and at the intersection with the seat tube, as well as other areas like the chainstays.
Elsewhere, the bike is highlighted by a special edition Carbon-Ti crankset, brake discs, thru-axles and hardware, complete with the TP logo as well.
Same for the Enve SES 4.5 wheelset and Sella Prologo Nago R4 Nack Tadej Pogačar 24, while the rest for e-bike is equipped with the following:
The limited edition V4Rs is available to buy exclusively on Colnago’s site between September 26 and October 14, or through Colnago retailers after October 14, with prices starting from $17,500 up to a staggering $19,000.
