ROUVY Introduces New Season Updates to Enhance Indoor Cycling Experience

As the indoor cycling season approaches, ROUVY is proud to introduce its latest season update, packed with new features and content designed to enhance the virtual cycling experience. With a focus on improving social interaction, adding realistic riding elements, and offering more customization options, ROUVY continues to lead the way in creating immersive indoor cycling adventures for riders across the globe

Stay Connected with New Social Features

ROUVY’s latest update brings enhanced social interaction to the forefront. Cyclists can now connect with fellow riders by adding them as friends, making it easier to plan and ride together. On the road, users can interact through comments and reactions such as “Kudos,” “Take a Pull,” or “Follow Me.” For those who prefer a more solitary ride, these features can be turned off, allowing riders to immerse themselves fully in the real-world routes.

Improved Event Creation and Leaderboards

Organizing events has never been easier. Cyclists can now create their own events directly from the ROUVY rider portal and invite friends to join. Additionally, ROUVY has enhanced its leaderboards, introducing new filters by category and age group to offer a more competitive edge tailored to individual performance

Tailor Your Workouts to Your Needs

With the new workout creator, cyclists can design workouts that match their individual training goals. ROUVY has also provided a comprehensive guide on how to make the most out of this feature, available on their blog and YouTube channel.

Introducing Corner Braking for a More Realistic Ride

In an exciting new update, ROUVY is introducing “Corner Braking” this autumn. This feature automatically adjusts your speed when entering and exiting corners, enhancing the realism of downhill rides. As you pedal out of a turn, your speed will increase naturally, giving you a more authentic riding experience. With this feature, ROUVY has also removed the previous maximum speed limit of 72 km/h, allowing for greater speed dynamics.

Explore New Routes

ROUVY continues to expand its library of routes with new additions this season. Cyclists can expect to explore the scenic roads of Mallorca, challenge themselves on European climbs like the Colombier and Col du Galibier, or venture into exotic locations such as Madagascar, Colombia, and Iceland. These routes promise to offer both visual and physical challenges, adding variety and excitement to every ride.

Detailed Ride Statistics and Enhanced Gear Parameters

Cyclists can now delve deeper into their performance with updated ride statistics accessible through the ROUVY app. Additionally, new wheelset parameters, including aerodynamic properties and weight, will be introduced in October to further refine the riding experience. With over 300 possible setups, riders can truly tailor their experience of riding over 40,000km of routes.

Third-Party Integration

ROUVY now offers bidirectional syncing with your Coros devices. Additionally, this season will see the introduction of integrations with Humango, Tridot, and Finalsurge.
