Santini Cycling has partnered with Pirelli Design on a new capsule collection that spans jerseys, bib shorts, vests, jackets, base layers, caps, socks and water bottles.
The entire collection showcases the new logo of the Sport Club Pirelli, which was established in 1922 to promote employee well-being through physical activity, highlighting Pirelli’s longstanding connection to the sport. Notably, Pirelli’s first tire, the “Tipo Milano” of 1894, which was designed for bicycles, while the history of the Pirelli Sport Club is narrated on a label sewn into the jerseys of the collection.
The collection consists of two cycling jerseys, bib shorts, a base layer, a sleeveless vest and a windproof jacket, along with matching accessories that include socks, a cap and a water bottle. Also available is a t-shirt made of soft fabric blending 95% cotton and 5% lycra, and a crewneck sweatshirt, both featuring the Santini and Pirelli logos in subtle soft-touch silicone.
Pirelli Sport Club Jerseys
The Pirelli SC jerseys are made with Polartec Power Stretch fabric, ensuring incredible comfort and great breathability, while slim fit with raw-cut sleeves and an internal silicone grip on the waist to keep the jersey always in place. Also, the three back pockets are enhanced with an additional layer of ultra-light mesh, doubling the cargo space, making the jerseys ideal for longer rides and all bike commutes.
The unisex Pirelli SC jersey is designed using the suggestive shapes of the new Sport Club Pirelli logo, which characterizes the design of this jersey. The second jersey has a clean and elegant design that’s available in two color variations, white with a black stripe around the chest and black with a yellow insert, reminiscent of the yellow of Pirelli.
Also, the Pirelli SC and Santini logos are applied as silicone transfers, along with UPF30+ and UPF50+ certifications, giving the jerseys a significant barrier against harmful UV rays.
Pirelli Sport Club Bib Shorts
The Pirelli SC bib shorts are lightweight thanks to compact and highly elastic Italian fabric that features power compression technology, along with a matte finish for a classic and minimal look.
Available in two color variants, the white bib shorts feature a double panel at the back for extra coverage, as well as seamless front elastic that’s designed to adhere to the body and extend to fit all body types, while the extremely light and elastic mesh on the back ensures perfect ventilation. Also, an internal non-slip gripper keeps the bib shorts in place while pedaling.
Additionally, the bib shorts feature Santini’s GITevo chamois with a gel core that gradually absorbs shocks for unmatched comfort even during long rides, along with reflective details on the thighs to ensure high visibility in the dark.
Pirelli Sport Club Baselayer
Sleeveless technical base layer designed for ultimate comfort. Stretchable and lightweight, it features an elongated cut to fit perfectly inside the bib shorts, perfect for wearing under the Pirelli SC jersey.
Pirelli Sport Club Windproof Vest
Extremely lightweight, the Pirelli SC vest folds into its own pocket for easy access in case of wind or light rain, while a two-layer windproof fabric on the front provides excellent wind protection and lightweight mesh on the back for maximum breathability. Also, there’s a reflective band on the back pockets to enhance safety in low visibility conditions.
