Shimano’s new gravel-specific range of apparel blends, warmth, performance and comfort for cold weather adventures, spanning jerseys, jackets, a vest and bid tights that feature wind-blocking and waterproof fabrics along with flexible and tailored fits in both men and women’s versions.
As a foreword, I had a chance to preview some of the pieces. At first glance, the garments revealed what can only be described as an excellent choice of technical materials combined with a “fit” that balances ideal body contour and comfort that puts the range on par with best gravel apparel out there. I’m still waiting for frost on the pumpkin to arrive before heading out for a review.
