36pollici is hoping to redefine the mountain bike segment with the launch of its new Trentasei // 36 Carbon 1, which sports a set of massive 36-inch Braus wheels that are mated to a low-slung carbon frame, positing that its far-flung design is both more stable and capable of tackling challenging terrain thanks to the gyroscopic, spinning action of the giant hoops, along with their ability to more easily roll over obstacles on the trail.
Additionally,, the Trentasei // 36 Carbon 1 also features a custom rigid carbon fork that’s made by the Italian company Bright Racing Shocks, along with a hodgepodge of SRAM drivetrain components as seen on the prototype model.
Interestingly, while the Trentasei // 36 Carbon 1 appears to favor taller riders, 36poliici says it’s designed to accommodate individuals ranging from 165 cm (5 ft, 4 in) to about 190 cm (6 ft, 2 in) in height.
According to 36pollici, the Trentasei//36 Carbon 1 tips the scales at 12 kg (26.5 lb), with pricing and availability slated for sometime in 2022.
