To celebrate its 10th Anniversary, Zwift will expand its popular virtual world, Watopia. New areas will emerge from the ocean near Watopia’s coast, offering new routes for exploration during Stage 5 of the Tour of Watopia. This stage will also kick off a series of expansions celebrating a decade of Zwift’s cycling and running platform. The updates will include new routes and additional XP rewards for both live and on-demand rides
In response to user feedback, Zwift has updated its Heads-Up Display (HUD). The new HUD features seven customizable metrics, such as cadence and heart rate, allowing users to tailor their display. Runners will also see improvements, including a fixed heart rate zone bar and updated data for Wahoo KICKR Run users.
Zwift introduces new challenges accessible via the Challenges section on the Home Screen, which can be completed alongside one main challenge, such as Everest, Italy, or California.
