3T has introduced its latest road bike called the Strada ICR, prioritizing comfort and aerodynamics in such a way that Italian brand is calling it “the world’s most comfortable bike”.
The Strada first broke cover back in 2017, marking one of the first aero-inspired road bikes to utilize a 1x drivetrain. Now, in its second generation, 3T describes the Strada ICR as having two zones, Speed and Comfort, resulting in an even slipperier aerodynamic signature thanks to a revised fuselage and full cable integration, while comfort comes courtesy of a revamped rear-triangle and enough clearance to allow for beefy 32mm tires.
Cable integration is accomplishment via 3T’s new Apto 3TICR stem, which now features internal cable guides that route all shifting directly through the stem, while a threaded bottom bracket and a “self-aligning” internal seatpost clamp further highlight the new bike.
The Strada ICR is offered in four guises, with prices ranging from 5.199 € to 7.499 € equipped with various 1x and 2x groupsets from SRAM.
