Cervélo and 3T Recall Aduro Aerobars

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada, 3T has announced the recall of 2012 and 2013 P5 Cervélo bikes fitted with 3T Aduro aerobars.

Who’s affected: Customers who have bicycles fitted with 3T Aduro bars should stop riding them at once and contact your local Cervélo retailer to perform a safety check. You can find your closest local retailer via the Cervélo retailer locater at: http://www.cervelo.com/en/find-a-retailer.html.

How to identify the bar: The aero bar needs to be disassembled in order to identify if it is affected by the safety measures or not. Thus it is necessary to contact your local Cervélo retailer as only he is qualified to perform the check. Affected bars will be identified by their serial numbers.
