As always, it’s only about "grown-ups" isn’t it ? Well, finally, someone is making an effort to offer a series of quality bikes for the aspiring "Junior’s" rider. Thanks Sir Chris ! 

Overview

Cammo 650c Kids Road Bike


A smaller Hoy road bike for 8-9 year olds with no compromises. The Cammo takes all the design cues and ideas that make the Sa Calobra a great bike and scales them into a smaller package.Named after the area where Sir Chris Hoy rode his first road training loops on a hilly local ride pointed out by his first coach, the Cammo has smaller 650C wheels to create a better-balanced bike for younger cyclists. The short-reach bars, stem and Microshift junior STI levers all make the bike more manageable and help them ride just like their heroes. A carbon fork, butted 6061-T6 aluminum frame and 8-speed Shimano gearing add up to a proper entry-level race bike rather than a road-bike styled toy.

HOY Meadowbank 650c Kids Track Bike
For the junior track star – a real Hoy track bike to suit an 8-9 year old velodrome rider. The Meadowbank is named after the track where Sir Chris Hoy rode the first laps of his distinguished career.By drawing on his experience since then we’ve made a junior track bike that meets his standards as well as a realistic entry-level price. Tested with young riders in the presence of Sir Chris himself, this is a perfect starting point for both future Olympic champions and the little hero at home. Shorter-drop bars and the right gearing mean they’ll be off to a flying start on their first laps and the butted 6061-T6 aluminum frame and carbon fork keep the performance high.
