National World Cyclocross Championships Results



France: Mourey wins 8th title

Francis Mourey won the French national cyclocross championships today in Lignières.

It was Mourey’s eighth national title, a record.

Mourey dominated the event, finishing 30 seconds ahead of Fabien Canal and Nicolas Bazin.

Netherlands: Van der Haar, Vos rule

Lars van der Haar and Marianne Vos won the Dutch national cyclocross championships today in Gieten.

Van der Haar, ranked world number one and current leader of the World Cup, took his second title agead of Corné van Kessel and Thijs van Amerongen.

Vos won her fourth crown ahead of Sophie de Boer and Sabrina Stultiens.

 

Germany: Walsleben, Kupfernagel victorious

Philipp Walsleben and Hanka Kupfernagel took the top honors today at the German national cyclocross championships at Döhlau.

Marcel Meisen and Sascha Weber finished second and third in the men’s race, while Elisabeth Brandau and Lisa Heckmann rounded out the podium in the women’s competition.

Great Britain: Field, Wyman 

Ian Field  and Helen Wyman won the men’s and women’s race in Derby, England today  

Czech Republic: Bina 

Martin Bina dominated the 2014 Czech national cyclocross championships on Saturday in Lostice.
