Chapter2 has lifted the curtains on its latest gravel bike dubbed the KAHA (the Māori term for strength), treating gravel grinders to full integration, greater tire clearance and copious mounting points for hydration, storage, pannier racks, fenders and more.
“Our Gravel Range offers customers more options for the ever-growing diverse needs of the Gravel rider. The KAHA is here to deliver your need for speed in a comprehensively designed and exquisitely engineered frame and handlebar system that will have you fizzing with excitement when you get down and dirty with your next Gravel experience,” boasts Chapter2.
Integration for the new KAHA comes courtesy of Chapter2’s MANA-GRVL handlebar, which routes all cabling and brake hoses through its one-piece design for a super-clean aesthetic, along with 12-degrees of flare for optimal ergonomics.
Additionally, the KAHA sticks with the boutique Australian brand’s racy approach to geometry, relying on a 72-degree head tube angle and 73-degrees for the seat tube, while reach and stack specifications are aimed at striking the perfect balance between comfort, balance and responsiveness.
As mentioned, the KAHA is equipped with attachment points galore, including an internal down tube storage compartment, while the MANA-GRVL handlebar allows for the use of TT-style clip-on aerobar extensions.
The KAHA frameset is available in five sizes ranging from XS to XL in two new colorways (Gloss Black and Blue+Gray) for $3,599.00, while the MANA-GRVL handlebar is offered in several configurations for $499.00.
