CYPLORE’s new FLEX and ONE eBike systems can electrify any road or gravel bike, providing up to 250 watts of peak power, along with a maximum of 23 Nm of torque.
How?
Weighing just 3.75 pounds, the FLEX allows owners to build the system into the wheel of their choice, which in turn is hard-wired to its companion 36V/111-Wh lithium-ion bottle-style battery that mounts on the bike’s down tube, offering a range of up to 31 miles (50km) on a 1-hour USB-C charge, while a magnetic, wireless handlebar-mounted remote allows riders to switch between four different riding modes (two manual modes, plus two adaptive modes).
“The FLEX and the ONE don’t just add power to your ride — they rewrite what power means. So impossibly light, so discreetly integrated, they deliver a new kind of energy: one that stays hidden until you ask for it — then propels you forward like never before. This is not evolution. This is a revolution for road and gravel riders,” says CYPLORE.
In the case of the ONE, it’s a complete all-in-one solution that offers the same handlebar-mounted remote and ride modes as the FLEX, but comes prebuilt in CYPLORE’s own carbon rear wheel.
“We designed every part to feel like one. Battery, controller, and remote—three components, one seamless system. Modular by form, unified in function. The system works—and looks—like a single integrated unit,” adds CYPLORE.
CYPLORE has also created a dedicated app that can sync to any cycling computers via ANT+, allowing riders to track battery life, ride data and even upload to third-party platforms like Strava
To get the FLEX and ONE into full production, CYPLORE has undertaken a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, offering early backers a 48% discount on its systems, which works out to be $599.00 and $779.00, respectively.
