Endura is flaunting its latest SpeedPedelec Visor helmet that’s aimed squarely at the needs of the urban ebike rider.
In addition to CE standard EN1078 certification, the Speed Pedelec Visor is also NTA8766 S-EPAC certified, offering a greater level of impact protection and head coverage to meet the needs of the higher-speed classification of ebikes that can reach 28mph (45kph).
“Our newest helmet – the SpeedPedelec Visor Helmet is designed to meet the demands of this new commuter segment. In addition to CE standard EN1078 certification the SpeedPedelec Helmet also meets the NTA8766 S-EPAC certification, offering greater levels of impact protection and head coverage for the higher speed classification of e-bike. A full Koroyd core ensures added protection but doesn’t mean extra weight'” boasts Endura.
The SpeedPedelec Visor helmet features a lightweight in-mold construction with extended skull coverage, combined with an integrated Koroyd core for superior energy absorption to ensure optimal protection.
The helmet also features a host of neat details such as a one hand micro-adjustment fit system that allows for a perfect fit while on the go, along with antibacterial, fast wicking fabric padding for added comfort.
But, perhaps the most unique feature of the helmet is its adjustable visor that’s designed to protect the rider’s eyes from the wind, rain, dust and insects via an easy open/close front vent.
The SpeedPedelec Visor helmet is available in three sizes (S-M, M-L, L-XL), along with two colorways (grey and black) that’s covered by Endura’s Crash Replacement Policy.
