Fizik Launches Team Edition Saddles

The renown Italian saddle maker, Fizik, has launched a new series of team edition saddles based on their popular Aliante R3 K:ium model.

The saddles are emblazoned with swatches of color, that pay tribute to such highly regarded teams as AG2R La Mondial, BMC Racing Team, Cannondale-Garmin, FDJ, Movistar, Orica – GreenEDGE and Team Sky.

The Aliante has been a favorite for many top pros for years now, thus keeping its fundamental shape for the last 16 years.

The new team series holds that premise dearly, but adds three pairs of the reinforced scuff-guards, which are easily detachable, that not only serve to protect the saddle, but allows for further customization. Fizik says, the scuff-guards offer up to 63 different color combinations.

Fizik recently compiled a list of teams and their respective riders, who have made the Aliante their saddle of choice.
